PG, not known for doing things in moderation, had a VERY prolific vegetable garden. PT visited sometime in the summer of ’75, and has fond memories of eating swiss chard 3 meals a day. On any given week there was enough of one vegetable to feed much of the population of Minneapolis. One week zucchini, one week peas, one week tomatoes, etc.
